We understand that todays busy lifestyles sometimes require us to rearrange and juggle our schedules. If you need to change or cancel an appointment with our office, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer your reserved time to another patient

Our fees reflect our commitment to providing you with the highest quality service.  Please feel free to discuss your treatment fees with the doctors or management staff before beginning treatment.

Payment Plans

We understand that not all patients have dental insurance, and dental insurance doesn't cover the full cost of treatment in most cases anyway.  So we offer several other options to make your dentistry affordable Major credit cards are accepted, as well as personal checks.  We also offer "Care Credit"

Billing and Insurance

We appreciate your payment at the time the service is rendered.  If you need special financial arrangements, our staff will assist you in establishing a mutually acceptable payment schedule.  As a courtesy we will file forms with your insurance company including pre-treatment plans and all necessary x-rays.  Each insurance company has various intricacies that we will gladly work with; however, charges incurred are the patients responsibility regardless of what the insurance company pays out.
