STERILIZATION:

All our instruments and surfaces meet or exceed OSHA requirements. All instruments are ultrasonically cleaned, rinsed, and steam sterilized.  Instruments are stored in sterile bags until use. We use the most up-to- date high speed sterilizers

X-RAYS:

We share your concern about radiation.  X-Rays are only taken when it is in the best interest of your health.  When clinically indicated, bitewing X-Rays are taken once per year.  These allow us to look between the teeth and under most fillings and crowns for decay or bone loss that we cannot see just by looking.  We may also recommend a Full Mouth series of X-rays once every three to five years. These X-Rays show the teeth and the immediately surrounding bone in fine detail.
